Yoga for big and small people in Adelaide's North
Yoga, meaning to join or yoke body, mind and spirit, is a fantastic way to get kids moving and Little Oms Children’s Yoga is all about fun! In class little people learn many different yoga poses (asanas) in a playful and kid-friendly environment. Using music, story telling, group participation, dance, drama, play, yogic breathing and relaxation, little yogi and yoginis learn how to calm themselves with breath, develop better posture, respect for their own bodies, stress and anxiety relieving strategies, increased fine and gross motor skills, and develop a sense of self confidence and inner peace.
